In Store Return Policy
All returns will be issued a Store Credit Gift Card. Our policy lasts 14 days from the in store purchase date. We require a receipt or proof of purchase on all returns. Store Credit Gift Cards are valid for 30 days from the return date. No cash refunds can be processed.
Online Return Policy
All returns will be issued a Store Credit Gift Card. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date your package shows as delivered via tracking. We require a receipt or proof of purchase on all returns. Store Credit Gift Cards are valid for 30 days from the date we receive your items back at the store and process the return. The buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping. We highly recommend insuring your package as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items before it reaches us. For damaged items- we will pay for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us to receive an RMA # prior to shipping your items back.
Pre-Order Return Policy: Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled for a refund once submitted. If a customer chooses to cancel their pre-order items before they ship, a Store Credit Gift Card will be issued. Store Credit Gift Cards are valid for 30 days from the date the return is processed.

Return Eligibility: Your item must be in the original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you receive it. We will not accept items that have odors, perfumes, animal hair, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with the tags attached. Please note that all items marked down or on sale are not returnable.
Non- returnable items: Gift Certificates, Health and Personal Care Items, Sale and Final Sale Merchandise, Beanies or Head wear of any kind and Earrings.
